Welcome to Food Over Time. Currently, there are 795 million hungry people on this Earth. With the world's population expected to rise to 9 billion people by 2050, how are we going to feed them all?

This narrative portfolio will explore the damage that the human race does by disregarding how much food waste they produce as well as exploring alternative ways of sourcing food.

This started as a common interest, after all, who hates food? However, as we started to delve deeper into the production and distribution of food sources, we saw that perhaps there was a darker side of food. We explored that dark side and looked for light amongst it all.
